He said that you get banned for posted it and thus it should not be expected that a member of this forum who has been around long enough to obtain a copy of said 'cityrp' modification would be expected to be more intellectual then as to risk banishment from these forums by posting thus referred modification and thereby it can be inferred that it should not be expected the said modification would ever be made available to the general public of these forums.

ARGH. The joke is he said you'd get banned for posting it. Then he said don't expect it ever. He didn't say if he meant getting it posted or getting banned. My joke was that he meant you'd never get banned.
