Minigame Team Sounds

I was thinking with the minigame sounds I could use the CoD sounds to make it for Ex. If Team1 Won it would play for them a victory sound and Team2 loses it would play a defeat sound for them, but I found out i couldn't, so could someone make this please? If its not possible, is it a good idea?

Make it so that you can make the sounds whatever you want. So this could apply to TF2, etc.
