You cannot.
City RP never works anymore. All the other servers you see are the old bad versions of it

I heard today that the life rp was the v2 of the city rp and i was thinking of trying that
 if anyone else has ideas pleas tell me

Okay, to set up a cityrp server make a text document called cityrp in your blockland folder.
Type:

@echo off
del blockland.exe
echo Setting up cityrp
Save this file as cityrp.bat and make sure it's in your blockland folder.
Run it, then run dedicated.bat and you should have a cityrp server.

Well, it does say "del blockland.exe".
Seriously though, people need to lurk moar before they start posting stuff like this.

All i could find about city rp's when i saerched it was what people thought about them and links to webesites that you can download addons from i found nothing on eventing and minigames
