I had 2.9.3, it was fine. Now its all laggy and stuff

Camstudio is meant to record your desktop. Unless you have cpu from the next century your video is going to be laggy as stuff.

Well if you don't have a good computer then none.

I use FRAPS since I have a Core i7 and tons of HDD space. Works perfectly for any games.
If I ever magically win the lottery I'm going to buy a SSD for FRAPS though.

What are your specs?

You should have at least a triple core if not quad core CPU, and at least 4GB of RAM at the minimum.
You also should have 10+ GB of hard drive space free for FRAPS, the hard drive should be at least 7200 RPM and should be an internal drive with a SATA 3.0 connection.

Get Camtasia. Works very good with Runescape, it should work with Blockland just as good.

Any recorder that has been made for recording anything other than games will work terrible for recording games.
