2 people playing in the same house but one of usgets kicked off?

Are you both playing on 2 different servers? You can only stay on one server.

i think you have to use the same name, if it's the same key

If you're both using the same key, you both have to have the same name. The servers you are in don't matter. Nor do clan tags.
