Just got an airport express.

Should be able to port forward once I set it up and install the software.

I got one like, 4 years ago

all of my experiences with linksys routers have driven me insane.
my dad said airports work well.

is it any good?

I have linksys and it's never given me any trouble. I love them. The user interface is simple to use espicially when forwarding your ports.

I installed it and port forwarded and I'll test if it worked.

Also, when I was connecting the usb to the router I forget you are supposed to connect it to the router first and I fried my finger and it hurt like forget.

120 watts of electricity through my index finger :(.

I'm currently using an airport express for my router (the other one was cutting the bandwidth by 1/3.) My main annoyance with it is that I can't forward a range of ports in windows. It also doesn't offer an option of TCP or UDP (I hope it's forwarding both.) Also, I have to restart it any time I want to forward ports or make small changes.

I have an old 2003 Belkin router. Horrible connection speed.

Oh forget you airport express.

It's a bitch to get it to work on my mom's 9 year old computer, I can't loving set a static IP without it being a douchebag and breaking my internet.
