Alright. I'm on an old Compaq Presario that runs Blockland perfectly fine. Here's what I get in the console when I try to launch a dedicated:

After that, it continues to load normally. I can access the server via LAN but other users get "Sending punch packet..." a bunch of times and can't connect. It doesn't do this on any other PC. I have also tried disabling uPnP in Blockland and it skips uPnP initialization, but it still gets the Punch Packet problem.
Sometimes, it says something like this:

I need some serious help here. It does this with this PC only. I have port forwarded and all.
