Author Topic: Can you sue for this?  (Read 1873 times)

So, I was babysitting, and the kids wanted to watch arthur. so I let them.

I watched along, bored, watching over them.

At one point, these bully guys threw litter on the floor to piss arthur off. (Arthur was cleaning up the park on some community service stuff) and the dog chocked and nearly died until a bystander saved him. I wondered "Can you sue for this stuff?" The litter was purposly threwn on the ground

EDIT: Im asking if this were to happen in real life, if you could sue

Discuss.

A dog went to eat some random garbage and almost chocked to death; dogs aren't exactly intelligent.
Just another reason why I have cats instead of dogs.

You can't sue for an event on a cartoon.

Ni Hao Kai Lan is a good show.

No, im saying, if it were to happen in real life.

I'm pretty sure you can't

No, but you can get sued for stabbing some richard that throws trash on the ground with a garbage grabber.

Next time trian your dog to not eat stuff off of the ground.

Tom

No mater how the dog died, it would be hard to put a value on it in court. I don't think you would get much money for it.

Decent for educational brainless 3 year old show.

Terrible for any other categorization that doesn't include Terrible.
