These elevator sounds can be found under Events in playSound and they start with elevator_
For Example:
OnActivate->Self->playSound->elevator_(something).wav
V.1.0

• Going to Floor 1-10 - elevator_floor(1-10).wav
• Door Opening - elevator_dooropen.wav
• Door Closing - elevator_doorclose.wav

For Houses/Small Industries
V.1.1 - Current

• Going to Floor 1-20 - elevator_floor(1-20).wav
• Door Opening - elevator_dooropen.wav
• Door Closing - elevator_doorclose.wav

For Big Industries/Factorys
Installation
Put Sound_Elevators.zip into the Add-Ons folder in your Blockland folder.
