I just bought Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 10.0. I have typed my serial number, but when I try to open it, this happens.

Then you should try contacting their support.

I've actually not heard of this specific software until reading this thread, I doubt most of us have a lot of experience with it.

It's fixed now, I checked Sony's troubleshooting page and searched for "failed to initialize script host" and I got my solution.
