I can't access this board on Chrome.

For whatever reason, I can't get to the Off Topic section using Google Chrome. It says "Waiting for cache..." at the bottom. The problem persists after clearing the cache as well. I can access it on Firefox (which is obviously what I'm using to post here).

Help please.
