Can't seem to use mouse wheel to scroll bricks and items.

I recently got a new laptop and mouse. I can't seem to use the mouse wheel to scroll bricks or items. I can use it on guis. Is there an option somewhere or something? Halp.

Now that I think about it. I didn't. Because when I got blockland on my laptop at first my mouse hadn't come yet.

How do I change that? Clear all controls or another option?

If you have a Microsoft Mouse with their stupid "Smooth-Scroll Technology, it is harder to use in game because the wheel never does that click thing. Just assign a couple keys to it. The mouse bindings cannot be changed.
