He clearly has a laptop. Which good graphics are hard to come buy unless you are purposely buying a gaming laptop and have the money to dish out.

Sound card is nice, harddrive is nice, processor is nice, enough RAM to do shizz, dunno about the graphics chip, but yeah that sounds nice.
