Author Topic: a really big glitch that needs to be fixed  (Read 1498 times)

how about you find us a better engine that can host 10000 models and their physics?
i dont know about engines but by the sounds of it torque shouldnt be used for blockland

well if it were the worst physics engine in the world why is it also one of the most popular engines?
valve might be able to do it, but a man in his basement isnt going to carve out his own engine from scratch.

How about 2 layers of 4x4 cubes.

Or is that too laggy for you?

I personally find it the best for Blockland.

Pick one:
-Over a hundred thousand bricks, you know, for a BUILDING game.
-A couple of thousand bricks, IF your computer can support it, just to have fancy physics and proper collision.

LET'S USE SOURCE
TROLOLOL
Get Garry's Mod
Get Ragmorph
Get gm_bedroom
Get Marcem's Blockhead player models
Pose the blockhead correctly
Weld blockhead to ragmorph ragdoll thing
You have Blockland: Source

I wanna see BL on Unreal 4 with directX12.

I kinda want to see Blockland on Torque 3D

This is serious.

Blockland is already very profitable for Badspot, imagine if he put it on Source instead.

Publicity
Publicity every-loving-where.

oh god you are stupid

I'm thinking maybe the brick is spawned without raycasting or colliding. if it's such a big brick, it can't be that much of a pain in the ass.

Torque is good, Tha man, why use another engine when this gets the job done right? If you think Torque sucks, then find a new one that can run BL as it is right now.

And as for Skip, Tha Man, he was being sarcastic, he wasn't agreeing with you.

This is easily fixed, anyways, by using different bricks.
