Stop staying awake untill loving 3 in the morning during summer.

Do not take this if you are 17 or younger. It slows down puberty. Not a good idea IMO.

Listen to hypnosis tracks, puts me to sleep.
Eat dinner 3+ hours before sleeping to avoid discomforts.
