Author Topic: Phrase Error:Unknown Database  (Read 867 times)

I load my servers and all the events are "on player touch --> Player Kill" or "On player touch --> change color "Red""

Why did this happen?  I touch em and get this error. "Phrase Error:Unknown Database"

You are missing some events.

I changed nothing.  The last thing I did was go on some elses server and then left.

No really, I changed nothing. All of my events are on and have been.  Why does this happen?

....honestly, how can this only be a rare problem I have?

Have you tried reinstalling blockland?

Yes, now why do my events no longer function.

Clean install, deleting all of them and reinstalling the ones I used exactly.  All of them are screwed up.

You've installed some gay database event add-on that doesn't work.

Oh Darklight :P.

You've installed some gay database event add-on that doesn't work.

I deleted Blockland, and all of it's content, and reinstalled it.

How can that be the problem?

Because that error text simply does not appear in all of Blockland.  You are running an add-on.

If it was easy to do and took little effort, I'd give you a list of all my add-ons.  All of which came from the RTB.  Hopefully, RTB doesn't have such an add-on, and I don't remember anyone else complaining about this error.

If it was easy to do and took little effort, I'd give you a list of all my add-ons.

1. Open Blockland, start a game.
2. Once the server starts, immediately open the console and type trace(1);
3. Once you've spawned, load the events and get them to give you the same error.
4. Close Blockland.
5. Open the folder that contains your console log. This is either in C:\Program Files\Blockland or C:\Blockland
6. Attach console.log to a post in this topic.

That wasn't so hard now, was it?

...more effort than I truly wish to do.
