Why can't we save this map? (And how to delete demo maps?)

Hi!  I'm sure this is a stupid newbie question..but we are using Blockland on a stand-alone machine that is *not* connected to the Internet (shocking, yes, I know)... and while our son is able to save all other maps he's made, he made one today that for some reason he *cannot* save...or rather, it *looks* like it's saving it, and it doesn't throw any error when he saves it...but it just doesn't show up in the list of saved maps.  He's saved many other maps with no problem, but this one is just nowhere to be found!

We thought maybe he had hit some sort of maximum saved number, and so tried deleting some of the demo maps that came with the program..and that's when we discovered that we can't delete any of the demo maps (or at least we can't figure out how to do it).

Can anybody point us in the right direction?

My best guess is your son saved his build on a different map then he was playing.
IE He's playing the bedroom map but saves his build to the kitchen map.
When loading his save press the gray bar at the top of the load save menu and check through those maps.

As for where the builds are saved. I'm guessing you're using a Windows computer. Go into My Computer then:
C:/ProgramFiles/Blockland/Saves/*the map name the saves are on*/*and then the save and image related to it. Just find the save you wish to delete and delete it.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I doubt your computer's hardrive is full. I know that there is no limit for saved maps. I have saved a lot of maps and had no problem. So just nocking off that idea. Maybe you could try backing up the files and re-installing it?

Thanks, guys!  DaSord, we're actually a fully Mac shop.... he's on an old desklamp iMac ..but I'm guessing that the subdir will still be called "Saves"...thanks!
