How big is the minifig's Body and Face?

How Big is the chest and face of the blockland minifig. I want to try making decals when im bored :P

Just one more question. Gimp cant make it look blocklandy, since you cant make strait lines. And i don't know were to get Paint.Net since when i clicked get paint.net it downloaded something called "AVS" Do people use just regular paint for this?

Just cut off the eyebrows. Or use the bottom one. (Not trans)
