Screenshots help!

Whenever I do a screenshots a condole error comes up and when I open my screenshots folder it comes up with an error. Is this an v17 error?

Why would it need to load?
It should save.

What.  Your screenshots folder is just a regular folder with files in it.  If you can't open it then there is something wrong with your computer beyond Blockland.
