How can i make the Ball floats on the water?

When i spawn a Ball (vehicle) in my map. The ball isn't flaoting on the water.
How can i make the call floating on it?

And is it possible to go into the ball like this.

How can i made this, or can someone made an add-on for this?

There is a way to ride a ball by unlocking some mount point or something but it cant float and its hard to drive the ball.
