RTB Submit gone?

I have recently submitted something. It took a while to be approved so I looked today and it wasnt in the holding tank. So I looked for searched for it and even looked in the fail bin and it wasnt even there. I looked at my shared files and topics. Also my submitions. It was still missing. Anybody know whats going on?

Ask on RTB Forums, maybe? Either way, it seems it was denied.

If it was failed without being accepted, would it always appear in fail bin? Fail bin still allows people to download, doesn't it? Maybe it was too bad to allow others to have.

Actually, I thought there was a bot that automatically went through and deleted all the spammy looking ones.
