Strange sound problem

I'm having a weird problem with the sound on my computer. Every sound is echoing, and it's very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using a creative brand headset/sound card? If so, check in the settings for it; they have echo options that can be enabled/disabled.
