Face Making Help

Hey People, I`m making a Face Decal Pack for Blockland and I Need Some Help.  Here is What I Currently Have In My Folder:

• all of the 7 faces i made (256x256)
  
• the txt description
  
• thumbs folder with the 7 faces in it (64x64)
  

The Folder Is Zipped and Is Called   Face_Austin615`s Face Pack

K, i changed the name to something without apostraphes or spaces and it still doesnt work. Does it have to do something with the sizes?
