Can't host anymore

I get "Sending Punch Packet" over and over again for other users. I can see "No matches" in my console.

This is loving annoying, it never did this before and it decides to now. I've tried disabling uPnP and port forwarding, no dice, and I've tried disabling port forwarding and enabling uPnP, nothing. I've also tried both at the same time.

What the hell is going on?

Intense edit:

Someone set my router to "Stealth Mode" (Which blocks ping). I turned that stuff off and it's working now.
