Cannot mount turrets

I can't use any turrets such as heavy machine gun, tank turret, etc. I can only get on tank turret by switching to it in the tank, not the separate vehicle. Is there an add-on that makes this problem?

I've had this problem.
It wouldn't let me mount any player type vehicles.
I'd get a fresh install of it.

Nevermind, I found admin vehicle spawner was the problem. :D
