Author Topic: Guys, I need your help with parental issues.  (Read 2263 times)

Sure it is. And isn't the topic name off-topic? If you are replying to me who isn't on topic, might as well go scream your logic into the hundreds of other people not on-topic. Might want to go kick the shin of everybody who says "I support this" in S&R.
Well, yes this board is called "off topic" but that doesn't mean you should post a random and partially incorrect synapses of a part of the Illiad in threads about someone wanting their parents to let them buy video games.

You're completely right, and you complete your quest you should go scream sense into the hundreds of others who go off-topic once a couple weeks.

Yeah, I know he wasn't completely invincible, I just wasn't thinking at the time. Arrow in the heel and all that.

Actually, he wasn't immortal at all, he basically got dipped in the river Styx to shield him from harm by his goddess mother, or something, but that's not immortality.

is lesser goddess mother dipped him into a river to give him immortality because the gods like him. The only reason he is mortal still is that if an entire body went in, the person would die. So his mom held him by the heel when she put him in cause the Achilles Heel.
