My .gif avatar isn't working.

I resized my avatar, so that it was 75x75 pixels so that the animation still worked, and changed it in the forum profile options. But it says that an error occurred and that the file was to big or something. It is only 193 KBs. I tried to re-change it in my profile page, but it didn't load.
Help would be appreciated.

It converts in to 116x75 instead of 75x75 pixals. Anyone else wanna help?
