No. CoD did NOT invent the Cheyenne Tactical Intervention OR the Barrett M82. CheyTac and Barrett beat them to it. And even for their size,neither  .408 and .50 bullets are instant-hit at most sniping distances.

Not really. IW coders aren't firearms designers, they're not gunsmiths, and the players SHOULD know that, meaning IW couldn't create such advanced guns.
