Won't let me Download!

On my Xbox360, I have been trying to download the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo. Just to try it out. But, whenever I try it says, "This account is not permitted to download content with this rating."

Please Help!

Edit: I have tried enabling all or the privacy settings, family settings,.......uhhhhh. But nothing works. And yes, I have restarted the Xbox360.

No. Left 4 Dead, is where you can run around and you have to reach the objective. national socialist Zombies, is when you stay in one place and open doors... there is no objective. The only one is to "Die".

Just means you put your age <17.

You can play rated M games on your system, but you just can't download them either because your age is too low, or there are restrictions set.

I downloaded the three GTA IV games to my Xbox360, and it didn't do anything like that.
