Weird Bullet Hit sound on server

I want to host a server with some friends, but the bullet hit sound is weird.
I did some searching And i found out it was the sound attached below. It seems to replace my Hit sound for ALL weapons with the default gun bullet hit sound, when I host an Internet server.
Anyone willing to help?

Try reinstalling.

That's why it was crap-oned.

Reinstall, and don't keep old add-ons.

Also, tell your friends who have it to do the same.
