No interior,limited colors, pretty repetitive and bland.
I'd say no, but I'm not sure if normal clan members can vote.
Yeah, I know there is no interior, and to apply you need some, but I assumed that sense this was a build that you would have no interior in, it would be an exception. And the limited colors was on porpoise. If I dont get in, I am also currently working on a Cathedral of some sort that I will be using to apply again.
EDIT: Think i might add save to OP, Build looks much better in game.
