Games i hope to play:

Half life 2 on High Settings

Starcraft 2 on medium settings

I had 2 7600s on SLI like 6 years ago, and World of Warcraft lagged, so sorry this isn't going to run either of those games well.

Lol, a 9400 is the worst of the 9 series, it is meant for computers browsing the web or cheap at-home computers, the 7600 was actually meant for gaming at the time. The cheapest card I can possibly recommend would be http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6932252&CatId=3670. Anything cheaper is a waste of time. Also keep in mind that card needs a decent PSU.
