I have a Blender question.

How do you make a special brick with blender, like ramps, or such?
... nothing else to say ...

Hello, I have a problem with a vehicle created in Blender.
I made the collision box [Col], empty meshes [Detail32, Shape & Col0], mount0 and 1, hub0,1,2, & 3.
I saved it for the Turismo script with turismo.dts (since it's a 2-seater) to try.
After I open the game, create a server, make a vehicle spawn, wrench it, and select turismo, after pressing send my game crashes.
The car is 1772 Verticles.
I also have a question, what should I name the material for the part where you can color the car?

You don't.

You don't.
Wat. Yes you do. Stop giving out false answers. You model it, apply the textures, make the .dts, then put it into the correct format.

Yea, and you can get the blender dts converter here.

You don't.

Get out.

And abuot you guys umm..
What are the grid spaces, as in, what should be the scale, I already have the .dts converter since I made grenades.
How shall I pack them, and such.
What is the grid I should use... And how should I use it correctly?

What. I thought it was all in teh script that wen with the ramps? oops... my  bad.

EDIT: I'll just stop talking/posting...

I think (don't know for sure, I don't make bricks) that the .dts is just for collision, while the .blb handles rendering.

I seen a dts2blb aswell the blb2dts...
Is this something related?

Still no answers...
Well, no answers which can really help at least.

Yeah I just looked through a brick pack and found this in the datablocks of a non-square brick:
Code: [Select]
collisionshapename = "./inv2x2ramp.dts";so I'm pretty sure that what I said earlier is accurate and that all you need to make in Blender is the collision.

I am still pretty confused...

Does any brick maker who made special bricks have Steam so I can speak to it?

If one just would read my collection of tutorials, http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=108156.0

You would have found:
Creating Bricks
And
BLB Reference

And it is true that DTS is used for collision in current blockland versions.
In older versions (Vanilla) DTS's were used, but with the new BLB system there is less lag.

I seriously don't find a way to do the... wedge bricks, or round bricks with that.

Y'no what? Editing the main topic so I won't double-topic and creating another question.

General Modificatoin Help looks like a ghost town.
I made a new vehicle... well, a box... packaged it, and it still does not work... So I believe it's the way I model.
I request a example .blend model which I can use. (Remove the meshes, create my own and parent them the same way you did). I would be thankful, even more thankful if it will work...
