The brick on the left is the standard 4x4x1 the brick on the right is the standard 1x1x1 and the middle is the new 2x2x1 so the arrow is pointing it out.

looks like you screwed up the texture on the top, and wouldn't it be a 2x1x2? as 2x2x1 would be 1 high, 2 wide and 2 deep, basicaly a 2*2 brick, or a plate, which is already made

Depends, I see height as the last number and as the second number both a lot.
And hmm, I guess the top is a bit askew.
