Should I trade computers?

My mom has a computer, and I am debating on whether or not to trade computers with her.

Specs of mine:
Processor: Celeron dual ore 1.7 GHz
Graphics: Intel mobile chipset (integrated) 1.3 gb of vram
RAM: 3 gb
HDD: 250 GB
OS: Vista

Spex of hers:
Processor: AMD (?) 2.3 GHz single core
Graphics: Nvidia 6150 SE 256 mb vram
RAM: 1.7 GB
HDD: 80gb
OS: Windows XP

I know they both suck, but should I trade or not?

If I were to trade, I would probably replace the video card with a 9800GT, get 4 gigs of RAM, and a 300 gb HDD.
