Nested Add-ons?

Some of the add-ons I have in my folder went not excuting, I looked in the console to find that these are "Nested"
A friend said it was a packaging issue, but this happens with RTB add-ons like the Left 4 Dead Survivor. Anyone willing to help?

If it says it's nested, that means that if you unzipped the .zip, there would be a folder, then the actual add-on.

Badspot doesn't like people who do this.

So, it's probably a badly packaged add-on that made it through RTB somehow.

Example:
Weapon_PewPew (Folder)
Weapon_PewPew.zip
The folder would be nested?

Yes, that would be a problem.

no it isn't, as long as you don't have the .zip in the folder, you should be fine, folders work just as well as .zips
