I can get TF2, but I need help first

Ok so I have finally earned my moms trust to ALMOST allow me to get TF2, on one condition.  There is a mod for it that turns off the blood and gore.  I showed it to my mom and she said that she needs proof that this mod accually works.  Here is the link to the one I found.

I am asking if someone could please record a short video using this mod or finding a video on you tube that uses this mod to prove that this really does work.  I will be very thankful if you help get this game for me, in exchange I will try and gift you with something that I have in-game.
