Can't Join My Own Dedicated Server

I don't know why. Other people can join fine. Just not me. I see my failed attempt in the console, and the other people's succesfull attemps.
What's happening?

I didn't open DedicatedLAN
I just opened Dedicated

It should still show up in Query LAN, since the server is hosted on a computer in your LAN

Different problem: The second I'm about to spawn (full objects bar) I disconnect with the error "TimedOut".
My friend is still on, spawned, no disconnections.
