Wikileaks won't be shut down, it's neigh impossible for the moment. It's already being mirrored so loving much it would be a huge task to dismantle it even for a short time. Wikileaks is also currently breaking no laws, and to ensure this every single cable is being reviewed by a neutral party.
Along with that, the rape allegations won't go far considering they aren't for rape but rather a stupid Swedish law about condoms.
