Deutsch Klasse is feminine as well as deutsche Klasse, since both use the pronoun "die".

Deutsch Klasse means german class, as in german lection in a school.
Deutsche Klasse means a class that only consist with people from Germany.

Oh, that clarifies why I'm making so many mistakes... I'll have to keep that in mind. Don't know why this is so hard for me to learn...
