Need to reset mayas installation, help please?

all i ever find are tutorials of how to make a human face and arms when all I want to do is make a weapon.

okay then, but I have ran into a problem.

I have reformatted my computer and installed my maya software stuff on my dads because he wanted to see what all of this was about

i have reached maximum installation limits and now i am forgeted. I sent a report to customer service but i know they will never respond.

(it was installed on my reformatted pc)
