nvm i found out but if you do not know its this

Go to your profile, then on the left, click on Forum Profile Information, choose a picture to upload (75x75, correct me if I'm wrong), finally on the bottom click "change profile" and there you go.

It doesnt matter what size, it re-sizes it automagicly (that's right I went there)
