When you want to call someone stupid, call them silly instead.

Or when you want to call something stupid in general.

I rather watch a movie that calms you, like watching cats and kittens talking on youtube.

Bad idea.

You should never rely on chemicals to make you feel better.
What if it makes you look cool? o:

Just don't swear, use gentler words in place of them.
If someone thinks you're stupid for not swearing, don't worry, you know they're silly for swearing.
It get's you no where and it's anti-social.
When there's so many words in the English language, you don't need to resort to the same 4 lettered words again and again.

And if you just need to release stress, then just find something that is comforting and relaxing for you.
Don't go playing online games if you get stressed with people.
Pick up a puzzle, or a book, or go for a calm bike ride.
Taking a nap is also a good way to calm down, and just relaxing in a serene environment will allow you to think clearly, feel better and release your stress.
You won't be such a negative person if you take a little time for yourself.
Set yourself a time when you can just relax and not worry about your life.

Also of note, although it may sound silly, procrastination is a really good stress reliever.

Listen to calming music.
Sleep.
Chat with the friends that frustrate you the least.
Take a ball and repeatedly throw it at the wall.
Get an Airsoft or paintball gun and shoot at a fence or rock. Or get a Nerf gun and shoot at a wall.
Listen to music you like and build something on a BL Single-Player server.

I know, and I agree with the fact that no one should ever smoke or resort to chemicals, but, in terms of cooling down, if it can make you look cool and give you that self-esteem boost, it can help you to feel better and relax.

Of course, you shouldn't harm your body in order to look cool, but, if you can do so another way, there's no reason not to make you feel better about your self in order to relax.

But, you then start closing in on the gap where, relaxing ends up making you appear either stupid/horrible or causes harm to yourself.
It's probably best not to debate over it, since it's a 1 sided argument, really.
