Offline Mode Error

Hey everybody. I made this topic for my friend, because he's not on the forum. Now lets get to the point:
When he starts up blockland, it's always in offline mode. His regular internet works. I tried to see if blockland was blocked by his security center, McAfee. I got confused, and I quit. Any help?

Check the firewall settings on both Windows Firewall, and Mcafee, as either could be blocking blockland from connecting to the master server.
