Thinking About Making a Computer

It's Christmas, and I feel like it's that time again, there's only a few problems.

I never really built a computer, just modified an existing one, and my mom doesn't get computers well and says that my computer is as fast as it gets.  Let's go prove her wrong.

My Specs;
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4550
Sound Card: Diamond Xtreme Audio 5.1 (or something like that.)
Network Card: Trendnet
Ram: 2 GB (1.7 Usable)

My budget is around 100 per part, and I'll be using it for medium-demanding games.
Like CSS or maybe Mw2.

100 dollar graphics card? I suggest the Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT, it serves me well, and is 100 dollars. Nvidia 9800 GT get

I have the 1gb VRAM one though, I don't know how much better the 1gb is, I think it's about the same.
