Downloading Vista Themes

Yes i know this belongs in Off topic but my mom blocked off topic.

Well i wanted to get a windows 7 theme for my vista but when i get the theme i want, All i get is all this text in Notepad Rar!

I don't know what it means, but i really need help.

When I download themes it comes in a .RAR file, but theres usually more than just a .txt file. You have to patch theme files too. Google something like Themepatcher or something
