First of all, with the new PSU in, the monitor will have a black screen and not turn on. Second, the CPU fan makes way too much noise then it should.
Any help? Google didn't help too much. :(

There's a cow in your hard drive, remove it carefully and the problem should be fixed.
If not, cover the motherboard in a sock. If all else fails, go to the hardware story and get a new computer.
Preferably one with a good lamp storage
