I want this to be extensively tested before hand.
EDIT: Truce just reported it broke some client sided add-on of his and suggested a different way to send out chats, I have updated the mod in my server for testing.
Edit edit: I fixed it for my server, and it works with this mod, for example:

Then again, I don't know if I actually fixed anything or if it always worked with that mod. (used as an example of a client side mod that depends on proper chat usage)

Seeing how this hasn't gotten a ton of comments I suppose I'll just add that one fix by Truce, and submit it to RTB.
Also, may I ask, who made the "Complete Chat Mod", and what was it?
