[UB] Union of the Block Application. Pic Heavy

Hello, My name is Taltros. My Blockland ID is 14297. This is my application to UB. If you don't like it then please give me some tips. Well here goes:


A basic overview.


Me in the front yard.


As you can see, the whole has has an overlapping, brick-like texture.


A photo of the porch and porch light.


A little glass staircase up to the second level. From this you can obviously see I'm not an expert with interior work, but i love building what i call "Shells" of builds.


Lastly, 2 sets of bay windows on the upper level, as a view for the master bedroom i guess.



Well that's it. Please comment and tip. This is my first try so please go easy on me.

Since it's your first try, i'll go easy.

The exterior seems like duplicated walls and bland. Not much detail to it at all. As for the interior, it's empty. I expected better like More windows, interior walls and furniture.

My Vote: no

I'd also like to point out that this actually took you about a day. We expect applications to take about 3-4 days to complete, depending on how fast and detailed you can build. I know, it's not easy.

The first floor needs windows, actually the whole thing needs more windows, and the shape is too blocky. The walls are creative but a bit strange and not particularly appealing.

don't make brick wall like that. Just use the red color for the bricks and use 1x_x5 bricks, and it'll turn out great. Also work on the interior. Keep working on it ;D

ill give tips=
The Walls Are Ugly, Try using diffrent ideas, place a block of wall and look at it, see the problems
it's plain, try to compact furniture/ items make it seem not empty...
try to use windows above 2 Bricks (unless it's a designer house)
also, bay windows are mainly used for 1 story use, not stacked

The Bay Windows top and bottom looks odd, with those non wedged bricks sticking out, the walls looks dup'd, So I guess theres like 1x1 beside another 1x1 thats suppose to be the end of a 1x2 row, nothing inside, no windows, the fence looks kind of odd with the shape of the build.
If I were in this Block of union clan thingy, Id say no.

The walls don't look like brick, they look like Cat in the Hat wallpaper.
