On Polls, how do you make it, so i vote is 1% ?
on my music topic 1 vote is 100% so nobody else can vote.

When another person votes, they will each say %30. If another person votes the one you picked, it will be 66% and 33%. It changes as the votes come.

I know i posted a poll on another account i lost and again, and they are both 1%.

The percentage is votes out of the total votes for the given choice. For instance, if 3 people vote in a 2 choice pole, one choice would have 66% and the other would have 33%. Percentage isn't an allowed amount of votes before closing, it's just how much it's been voted for out of the total.
